Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Ongoing classes for all levels and ages.

Natural Attractions

An 8-week exploration of our innate connection with the natural world. Learn how to commune with nature and receive personal messages. This program can be designed for any geographic location based on participant involvement, and may be done online.
 

I Ching

Learn to use this ancient method of divination to answer your deep and personal questions. Single evening workshop for groups or individuals.
 

Invocational Kaballah

Individualized lessons developed for your personal growth process, presented to you at your own self-appointed rate. Makes use of The Shining Tree Self-Work Book, available for purchase at www.spirit-alembic.com.
