Integrating a holistic counseling session with any bodywork or energy session assists you in recognizing the interconnectedness of all aspects of your life.
 

Bodywork appointments range from 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Kriya/Swedish Massage: Bodywork sessions assist in relaxation and address specific challenge areas in the body. We offer kriya, Swedish, neuromuscular and deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, strain/counterstrain, Shiatsu stretch, acupressure, myofacial and trigger point therapy, and structural analysis.

Detox Herbal Body Wraps: Detoxifying the body of toxins can promote healthy bodily functions and improve the autonomic immune system. Two formulas, Golden Legend and Light Sea, are very special blends of Chinese Herbal Extracts. Treatments can range from being a totally fun, skin-tingling experience to deep relaxation and cleansing. Some experience rebirthing and emotional processing, and still others a deep meditative spiritual state.

Golden Legend invokes deep calming, relaxation, gentle cleansing, detoxifying, and promotes centering and inward focusing — a total regenerating and rejuvenating effect.

Light Sea has qualities of expansiveness, movement and clearing out and may benefit a weight loss program. It has a draining effect on the lymph system and reduces cellulite.

Herbal Body Wraps may be combined with massage, energy work or counseling for a deluxe holistic treatment.

Detoxifying Herbal body wraps using Chinese herbal extracts soothe, energize, and restore the body while releasing toxins. Facial therapy designed for Dry, Oily, Combination and Sensitive Skin types using creams and cleansers from Aubrey Organics.

Facials:  Treat your skin with kindness and your inner light will shine brightly forth. Experience the finest creams, masks, exfoliates and cleansers from Aubrey Organics. Enjoy a refreshing, cleansing and detoxifying facial, or a non-surgical facelift! Facials may be combined with massage or any other service.

Energy work appointments range from 60 to 90 minutes and include holistic counseling and processing of the experience.

Reiki & Energy Work: Chakra balancing and clearing rejuvenates and realigns the systems of the body. You need not be in a state of dis-ease to benefit from energy work, as it promotes relaxation and improved quality of life. Additionally, it may allow greater ease in the healing process when used before and after surgery, and may accelerate healing from injuries. Energy work may facilitate spontaneous release of emotional trauma from past wounds, providing opportunities for personal and spiritual growth and harmonization of the body, mind, heart, and soul.

     

Acutonics®

Acutonics^® is a powerful, deeply transformational, non-invasive healing system that incorporates, sound and vibration to re-harmonize and attune the human energy field to achieve optimal health and wholeness. It has been used effectively to treat a wide variety of ailments and chronic and debilitating conditions on the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual levels.

 

Yoga

Yoga is best known as a set of physical practices that include gentle stretches, breathing practices, and progressive deep relaxation. These physical practices are intended to ready the body and mind for meditation as well as for a meditative perspective on life. Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Ongoing classes for all levels and ages.

Appointments are typically 90 minutes to 2 hours, and include holistic counseling and guidance to process each session.

Synergy Sessions: Access inspirational guidance, find your inner truth, discover hidden strengths and talents, set goals, overcome fears, and realize your dreams. Synergy sessions help you tap into the resource of your subconscious and super-conscious mind and may be standalone sessions or combined with other modalities.

We may use tools of divination, journeying, guided imagery, angel communication, altars, and the sciences of numerology and astrology. Our work together will lead you to full reunion with your power and free you from fears that restrict your full potential.
